p.1 #1 · Need recommendation for indoor/outddor motocross
Have a Mark III and I was shooting some indoor mx last week with a 70-200 2.8 at 3200 ISO and just could not get a high enough shutter speed to get anything worth selling. It was my fist time really shooting in an indoor place like that. So it leads me to getting a flash. First off I know zilch about shooting with flash, if you shoot in manual,tv,av ect. Need to learn it all but what flash would be good investment? I looked at the 580 ex II on BH and seems to be the "one" people are getting but for someone that knows nothing about flash it maybe to much. What about the 550ex seen a couple for sale? Or even the 430? What are you guys using for batteries? Is there a lithium pack of some sort that will stay charged for a few hours of hard shooting?
