i have a pelicase 1510 and was wounder if there was a way to replace the old warm out wheel or would i have to buy a new case

i have had the case for about 2 to 3 years now and i dont have proof that i brought, do you know if i would need to provide this to get it replaced

I don't think you need proof - as I have no idea where my original invoices from 10 years ago are... yet we sent several 1660 pelican cases back last year for replacement (we have 30 of them)

Just call them up, send yours in (that is the only cost) and they'll send you a replacement case. They may work on just sending you a wheel assy - if it's user replaceable - otherwise, just get a new case.

There are 3 limitations to the lifetime 'replace-all' warranty:
- shark attack
- bear attack
- children under 3
... I kid you not - that is what is on the original warranty paperwork!

ive had mine for about 5 years and its been through gravel roads, sand, streets, airports and the wheels are as smooth as ever!

, i saw that on my recent 1610 case. My wife thinks they are either mad, or you americans have real problems with your toddlers!

It was my thought that kids under 3 of all nationalities are apt to spill, throw-up and pee on anything in the way.
That may have something to do with their warranty stipulations.

They have no nonsense returns. They are also user serviceable, I think there may be an axle or pin that you can tap out to replace the wheels.
