I know no one will say it's the most fantastic shot they've ever seen but I had a 5 minute notice. My wife read that the Int'l Space Sta. & the Shuttle would be coming over tonight so I grabbed my 10-22mm and ran outside. I quickly set up and here they came with the shuttle in front. I used f11 and about 5 or 6 sec. For what it's worth take a look and offer any C & C...robert

Thats cool, we were outside watching, but too much cloud cover I guess.
I am certain we were looking in the correct patch of sky. We are west oh Houston Texas by about 40 miles. We read where it was supposed to be seen 2 times, 1744 central and 1914 central. Oh well, theres another chance tomorrow.

I was in the Sierra backcountry (doing landscape photography) last summer when one evening I spotted a pair of lights moving in tandem across the sky. I couldn't figure out what the heck it could be... until I recalled that the shuttle was visiting the ISS and had been scheduled for separation that day.
It was quite a sight.

We saw it last night too, pretty cool sight. I hadn't seen it before, so it was a nice Thanksgiving treat.

That's a very cool catch, Robert. If you still have the original (raw?), I'd like to see this with the sky darker and noise reduced.
