Minchia!!! (parola araba che indica meraviglia e stupore ) It is clearly referred to the last shot. I believe this is the first time that a couple of red-backed chiappas are posted in the N&W Forum. Congrats Nello!
I really like # 3: nice composition and pleasing light. Sharp detail in #6. Fun post!

Nice captures! Dick.
Exactly what I was thinkin' maaan! I thought hmmmm these red pants are excellent to test the colour accuracy of my wide-angle lens
I tried a better angle on #2 but he got scared and took off
I'm available from Monday-Friday for chopping lessons book my workshop NOW..it's getting crowded
I'm glad you're ok after the initial shock Karl Witt wrote:
Nello as in NELLO! So did you buy some of those fancy red struts for your Ferrari You know, normally 'reds' get way over saturated but your reds are quite nice and the highlights seem to hit just right too
The rest of your stuff is 2nd choice and of that the hummer is #1 The hoppers have their act together The red-neck bird is a nice find buddy but the red in the last shot is still waaaaaaay better Oh dang buddy, I was lovin' #2 until I couldn't make eye contact, I think shots like this are cool, do over and get the eye The light in #3 is nice and I will take chop/hack lessons from you on #1
Danno, thanks for the medical concerns Nello, I was wide awake, I'm done now!

Thx for the picks Socrate! #3 was a non PP raw file as I really didn't like anything in it except the light, but then took about 20 mins and pulled something worthy out of it Shasoc wrote:

Nice pose, light, and comp in #3.
Nice job getting the launch of the Red-neck phelo***** something something... love the reflection.
Awesome detail in the Hummer... thanks for the gear Tim, and nobody pushes the button better than you Nello.
As for the tail end shot... nice pose, light, and awesome detail buddy... once again, nobody pushes the button better than you.
Sweet Nello set, uhh I mean,
Very nice series Nello
I like the detail, exposure and wing formation on the GBH. The crop is not ideal, but I'm assuming that is full frame so who cares? It a nice shot anyway.
Interesting take on #2, has a cool mysterious feel to it. I'm liking it the more I look at it. Nice lift off on the Phalarope; that the first IF shot I've seen of one. # 5 is my second favorite - nice color, DOF and detail. The Hummer is off the chain man! Perfect comp with the perch and very sweet BG. You Tim for that one. Oh and that last shot is definitely the best Nello we've seen posted on the board.
Yeah the burd pics are so-so so I thought I better pull out something really worth looking Martin Good wrote:
Great comp in # 3 and nice hummer too!
