p.1 #1 · Sunny Day in the Country

here are some quick edits from a family session i did yesterday. more to come. just kinda cycling through all the shoots i've done recently. C & C welcomed and much appreciated. thanks, david.

this first one is very odd, but i really like it for some reason. i feel like i just captured a split second of their lives in one shot without them knowing it.

I like these. Kinda wish you had more with the three interacting with each other more but great job. I am sure they loved them.

Thanks chevy. I have a lot more of the three of them. I'll post more when I'm done

I could do without the near black vignetting for each one, personally. It makes the shots feel too dreary for family, IMO.

4,5,6,8 are nice
consider getting remote to the camera so you can be in the pictures as well

+1

Also, would try 6 in BW, but without the hard vignette. Was there teeth-whitening in 7? Or just the vignette closing in on everything around the teeth?

Not sure why nobody has mentioned yet, but #7 is a really great shot IMO. Really strong composition on this one. Vignette is a little strong in the rest though.

I appreciate the contrast and saturation in each of these creating. I think they are just great without the vignette.
