I think posting these a tad smaller will help a lot of people on the board. Most do not have a 24" screen or larger. Mine is a 24" wide screen & I have to scroll to see these.

thanks for the kind words changes in mr. owl's facial expression is about the only thing i can take picures of since the little guys rarely DO anything.

I'm wondering, do you find a comfortable spot and just sit for a while, or do you know of a place(s) that you may find an owl like this?

this one returned to the same hole that it lived in last winter. there are others, as well, and they live in a park nearby. quite often, i do exactly what you said..."sit for a while". i keep waiting for some action but i've never been able to capture any so far. i'm too slow.
