My photo club has a show coming up at The Va State Library shortly. I have picked 2 of the 3 shots that I will display, but my wife and I are having a disagreement on the 3rd shot. I'm not going to say who likes which shot because I don't want to influence anyone.
They are 2 different shots, but one is landscape and one is portrait, so that is how I'm differentiating them. Please vote for one. You can say why if you like.

I agree, if the focus is the bee, then the portrait. Oh now I see that I'm a bit late. Oh well, what Karl did with the other photo really helped turning it around.

Ken, I preferred the portrait, but it's a major crop and I'm not sure how well it will hold up when printed 11X14, so I was planning on using the other one. Now I will put the time in it to hopefully make it pop...

Portrait. I also like Karl's interpretation. Seems if the subject is posed low in the frame "on it's back", if you will, I have to resist the urge to stand on my head to view it. All are sweet shots....Mitch
Stunner Ron, I absolutely love it! My eye goes right to the subject and stays there. In the landscape it kind of roams around.
