Kathmandu- Wandering through the old part of the city, I came upon many temples of (mostly) wood construction. They were surrounded by normal street activities.

Just another day in town, eh?
Nice angles and views of the architecture here. I'm a big fan of elephants, so naturally I'm especially drawn to the first shot.

There was so much clutter of people, things and buildings in the old part of town that I didn't even try to isolate much. Actually, the clutter added to the intrigue.
I just found another shot of the elephants from the other side looking back. I'll post it tomorrow for you and the multitudes of elephant fans

My two travel lenses were a 70-210mm zoom and a 28-90mm zoom. These were taken at 28mm. It distorted quite a bit at the ends of the long axis, unfortunately.
