Just as an update, I got the book in the mail today and was VERY impressed. I re-sized each picture using the FM resizer in CS3 to the exact size in the book at 300ppi and it worked perfect for the book.
I would make the shots slightly brighter on the next one though - the shadows are a bit dark. I'm also impressed with the paper - I ordered the heaviest available and the image wrap cover looks great. The font size worked good too. Any bigger would be too big IMO. Highly recommended product! (And no, I don't own stock... )
Excellent work Vern! You got spectacular images (and views) in the book. I remember seeing some of those images here on FM. Really enjoyed turning every page. The font is a tad bit small though. Hopefully, big enough in print.. Congratulations !

Thanks Ajay - as my note above says, the print is plenty big in the printed book. Don't forget, it's 12"x12" on each side. Any larger and the print would be too big.
