I just created a blurb book at http://www.blurb.com/books/983027 containing my favorite images from 46 peaks I climbed this past year. Full screen works best!

I really enjoyed that Vern. What an incredible year you have had. I love it. Have you got the physical book yet? What do you think of the quality?
Sharon
Thanks Sharon - it helped that I took 3 months off this summer. I will update this thread with my impressions of the book once I get it. I ordered the highest quality I could so hopefully they don't disappoint.
Well done Vern! I really enjoyed viewing your book, thank you. The images you have captured this year are breathtaking. I know you will be pleased with the quality of the book. I made one a few months ago and was delighted with it. I must look in to how to allow people to view it on line.

Hello Very, a super publication Perhaps a couple of suggestions:
a size larger on the text
when images on facing pages are not panos, leave a bit of white space between them.
That said, congratulations on the many adventures, and thanks for sharing them.

Thanks for the suggestions Hugh! I will see what the finished product looks like. This was a trial run to see what Blurb can do with my images. I'm working on a book that will have all my climbing journals plus photos for next year.

Awesome peek into your Peak Of The Week book. 46 peaks = about 1 a week for a year.
Enjoyed it quite a bit.
Roman
Thanks Roman (and everyone else) for the kind words.
I climb mountains a bit different than most people due to the time factor. I have a young family and even with 3 months off, a lot of it was obviously spent visiting extended family, camping etc (that's another photo book... )
The way I get around not spending every weekend in the mountains is by doing them in bursts. I'll try to get as many as possible in one day or one weekend. My record for 2009 is 5 peaks in one day - but they were pretty small ones!
It also keeps me in relatively good shape because I have a (boring) office job.
