I am wondering if any of the FMers can share or estimate when the remaining ZEs, particularly the 25 and 50 Makro will be announced and available. I assume next will be one of the Makro lenses, because according to Zeiss, the 25mm is being recomputed.
According to Zeiss, all lenses available in ZF (Nikon) mount will be available in ZE (Canon) mount this year. Apparently, though, the last of the batch, which is expected to be the 100 Makro will be released in 2009 but shipped in Jan 2010. And yes, the 25 seems to be reworked for the ZF.2 series, so it ought to be the same for the ZE. It also remains to be seen what the rumoured 35mm f:1.4 will do to this schedule if indded it does come out in 2009.
