How do I know the colour temperature and hue value on the picture I took without putting it in the computer?

The info page in camera only shows the shutter/iso/f-stop/histogram but never shows colour temperature or white balance.

You can go into your display settings and turn on the additional information I believe. I don't have my D700 in front of me right now but I just recently turned that off.
