I use the Leica Summicron-R 35mm f/2 for quite some time with my Canon 5D MkII. I had problems reaching infinity focus with various adapters (this specific lens is problematic in this regard) until I found the screw-in Leitax adapters.
I've recently bought a Summicron-R 50mm f/2, this one has no problems with a regular fotodiox adapter, but I will sell it because my CY Zeiss planar 50mm f/1.4 is better.
You want pictures of the lenses mounted on the camera or photos taken by them?

I have a non-asph Leica 90 summicron (i.e., f/2) and I like it a lot. I often use it with and Elpro 3 close-up lens. Here are a few of my favorites. I am pretty sure I have posted these before--so sorry to those of you who have seen them. I don't have an adapter on mine. I had the mount converted by Jim Buchanan a member here. I highly recommend his work.
wow great shots !!
I like a lot the global quality of rendering in the fourth picture from above, I find it very pleasant. On the the other hand I see a fair amount of coma in the second picture from above, on the right side, and this I don't like
Maximilian - On the second picture from above it isn't coma it's motion blur, the structure was actually moving because of the waves. It was shot hand-held in low light with low shutter speed, I put it just for rendering appreciation, it isn't a good example of sharpness
I have a 5D with all Leica R , Zeiss ZF lenses and no Canon lenses. I don't care for the look of Canon lenses. I bought the $137 adapters from Fotodiox and they work fine for me. The $25 adapter you get from ebay will work fine too if you stop down. I tend to shoot wide open with my Leica R and ZF and require more critical DOF.
