Excellent series, well done. I would love to see one in real life but not much chance of that where I live, 1500 kms to the coast in a north or south direction and double that distance going either east or west. They are such an impressive BOP.

Thanks. Yes, it was one of the more enjoyable experience of the day. (Can't say for the whole weekend because I had a "special moment" that I'll be sharing shortly).

Ken you did a great job capturing a difficult subject! Great series of shots, all very well done. My favs are the lift off, so amazing to show their power! Thats a mighty big fish. Congrats!

Nice seeing you again, and finding out that we're actually "neighbors". We've seen them with even bigger fish, but they really do have to work hard to get airborne when it gets much bigger.

Wow Ken! That is one fantastic series - How many holy grails do you have now? Great job on this one - I like them all. It's fun to see the progressive shots as the bird struggles with its prize.

I do have a number of HG shots from over the years, but this has to rank up there as one of my favorites. It has to be the one with the longest sequence for me. I had a grin on my face the whole time I was shooting this.

WOW Ken. Fantastic sequence. This is your 'HG' shot/sequence isn't it? Great job.

Thanks. I was worried that I was going to get left out this season by being stuck at work when all the action was taking place. I'm glad that there was some action left in that lake when I was able to get out there on Saturday.
