Being from both sides of the river, you can get the best shot like this from the East Side. It would be a totally different view looking across the river toward the East.

Maybe I'm not adventurous enough - but where were you to get that pic? I live in St. Louis and I thought there was a grain facility about where you got that shot from. And by the way - it's beautiful.
That old Mississippi River doesn't look so muddy in this pic, does it? Great shot Paul. I live 100 miles South of St. Louis and I think you have just inspired me to shoot the Arch at night in the near future. Great job.

Gee Paul, if that's your first post, I can hardly wait till you get warmed up I don't think I've seen a nicer shot of the Arch. Could be that nobody else lived long enough to get their shots Photoshopped and posted......................East St. Louis in the dark........YIKES!!
