I was extremely excited to receive the news a few weeks back from the Art Director at Skiing Magazine that one of my images was selected as just one of two shots of the year.

Congrats and a terrific shot for sure. I never would've thought to shoot something like that with a fisheye but you clearly have a better eye than I do because that looks absolutely awesome with the skiier taking up a tiny part of the frame and the mass of the rock occupying the rest.

Wow. That's spectacular. Kind of gives me a "seriously? where the hell did he land?" reaction. The green bottoms of his skis really draw the eye - the other colors are so natural.
