I didn't get much of a response on the people photography forum for this picture.

Which of course means that it is perfect and nothing should be changed about it

I challenge the B&W forum to find something they don't like!!! (Or maybe just offer a bit of honest C&C?)

The shot is a good portrait of the guy, however it needs to be sharpened just a bit.

I find the bright spot on his shirt to be distracting and the vignette to be overdone. Other than that, nice portrait!

Nobody mentioned cutting him off at the knee?! What's the world coming to?

I like the wall, as it goes with his look. I like the casual pose, too. It doesn't look forced.
Not a fan of the bright spot of the sun, however. I'd prefer even light.
All in all, a nice shot though. The things I mentioned are personal taste.

Thanks guys. The Bright spot couldn't be helped. I actually have his Girlfriend holding a diffuser up to diffuse the light hitting his face. Unfortunatly I did not bring my big Diffuser.

I Will next time though!!
