p.1 #1 · Smallest bag: Pro body and Laptop

I've got a handful of bags that can hold a pro body and 15.4" laptop, including an F-Stop Maverick and Tamrac 469--but they're overkill for small everyday trips. My smaller shoulder bags can't hold both a 1D with attached lens and a laptop. I'm looking for the smallest shoulder bag that will hold the following:

  1. 1Ds2 with 85L attached
  2. 35L
  3. MacBook Pro 15.4"
  4. Charger, card reader, small stuff

It looks like the Tenba Messenger bags might hold these things and still be fairly compact. I'm also looking at a Domke 804 with a Tenba Messenger insert. I already have a semi-hard laptop sleeve that will let me put the MacBook in just about any bag that can physically fit it.

Recommendations?

Thanks,
Greg

If you can get that down to a 13", then the Think Tank Urban Disguise 35.

I've already got the UD 30 and like it for what it is. The MacBook is already here to stay, though, so I think the other UD bags won't cut it. I've decided to go with a plain old canvas messenger bag plus the Tenba insert. We shall see....

How do you like the F-stop maverick? I've been thinking about getting one of those (or similar). I have the Tilopa and think it's terrific.

Love it. It's become my main location bag these days. Much less dorky than my Tamrac Messenger 9 (Tamrac 469) bag, and every bit as well thought-out. The only problem: It's very big. I'd like something smaller for everyday stuff.
