p.1 #1 · San Jacinto Wildlife Area Todays Catch

Todays Catch at San Jacinto Wildlife Area. Did a super early session at 7 AM, very foggy had to wait a couple hours before it cleared. Realized how hard it is to shoot through the fog! Well I am learning something everyday.

C & C please. I used Canon 7D, 600mm 4.0 IS w/1.4, and tripod w/gimbal, Manual or AV

Looks like tough shooting conditions but the wee ones are always a treat and nice reflection shot of the Stilt.

Steve,

Only used lightroom, for light cropping and minor adjustment. Most were shot at 100 to 320 iso.

Thanks,
Phil

Hung,

Glad you noticed the minimalist composition, that is totally my style of shooting.

Ken,

Thanks! These little ones are sooo twitchy and fast. Trying to improve my BIF shots, hopefully soon I will be on par with all the BIF shots here. Def practice makes perfect! right?
