I was down at a park in my area today that is on the shores of Lake Ontario. I shot this picture and for some reason I really liked it. Shot with my 20D and Tamron 28-75. I then used some "Holga" type plugins in CS4 to get the final look. C & C is welcomed, thank you...
If you are going to break the rule of thirds I would do it more dramatically. For me it would be stronger with a more pano type crop with more room on both ends to make it symetrical in the frame and less greenish/blue cast.
The holga effect improves it for me but it still looks a bit static.
