I would try a 1x1 crop witht he tourist in the red shirt on the opposing side of the gladiator. Just finger cropped it and I likes it even better than the original (which I likez!)
Very movie-like indeed, great shot and interesting processing. Just wondering about the red T-shirt the guy is wearing, probably could be something a little bit more authentic.

This is their fulltime job. They dress up for Tourists and exchange Euros for pictures.... I was just a papparazzi with my Glass lol You have to be sneaky to capture them to have a chance at a movie like scene.
Nice captures of these "gladiators." I hope they were friendly. We were there a few years back and were surprised at how aggressive they were about photos. They were glad to pose for you . . . at a price. They pursued you if you caught them off guard.
One of my less favorite memories of Rome . . . in addition to being robbed and getting food poisoning. Other than that a great place to visit.

Sorry to hear you got robbed and food poisoning Richard. Rome was very romantic, but expensive as hell as well lol
Yeah these so called Gladiators were indeed very agressive.... But when caught off guard... makes for a classic and memorable candid. Epic film like captures. These look great in my Travel shots.
