If the purpose was to make the absolutely most realistic photograph possible, then what SJMD said.
If the purpose was an artistic attempt at playing with a pretty shade of blue, I think its a great shot.
(Guess which one I believe it is...)

I think blues are fine, red needs to be desatured a bit. The skin looks more natural that way. Also the red cast on the hair is removed.
Or try changing it into the LAB mode, and blend the lightness channel with soft light mode. See what happens.
