Some buggy shots from the garden.

plant bug about 5mm long sucking up some sugar/honey spray on a camelia leaf

Bluebottle fly suction power

Odd coloured woodlouse in the grass most of the ones I see are dark grey.

Plant hopper about 3mm body length - not seen this one before.

Rather plump hoverfly- think it's Didea sp.

Chalcid wasp around 2.5mm long with mites

Crop from above shot with more detail and 2 of the mites. The mites are about 0.15mm long

Hardest thing about shooting chalcid wasps is spotting them in the first place - luckily they are not too easily spooked but do have a tendency to walk off in the opposite direction when they sense the lens nearby.
