p.1 #1 · Borders and Edges in PE 6 mac

Hi Everyone,

I have been working in Photoshop Elements for years and just upgraded to 6 for my new imac. In the past, there has been an easy way to make a nice border or two using the effects tab on the right. In version 6, this tab is there but the pre-made borders are horrible. Wondering if there is a way to make my own and save it as an effect? I don't want to keep building a complicated photo border every time I do something to a photo. How do you pro's do it? Any tips or resources out there?

Thanks,

Scott

For a start, most pros use Photoshop, not Photoshop Elements.

Have a look at: http://www.shutterfreaks.com/Actions/ACsWebFramesPSE.html

You could email them and ask if these will work with version 6.

For large images, I use the following actions for Photoshop: http://www.shutterfreaks.com/Actions/Actions.html
