yes, it' s nice a litte gem, with 280 gramms of weight and 60 mm of lenghts, which allows to have it in the bag all the time. My copy is a AE-version, already made in Japan, no differences seems to be between AE and MM. I havent found a shade yet, so at the beginning, I might use my standart 55 mm-shade... which might help at the lens border.
I tested more backlit-scens and flares weren't a big problem.
Actually, that's the first lens I bought whithout having seen any image taken with it - so I believed in Zeiss, Sonnar, David and what I heard about Ffordes
I'm glad about it.... right now calibrating its NNP for the panohead.
Pano's taken with that lens, go figure.
