I can't imagine this would be worth the time and or money to convert, rather than simply selling your Canon mount version and buying a new (or used) Nikon mount version.

In the most basic sense, optically the 3rd party lenses are all designed to meet the longest flange distance of the current AF mounts (Nikon F at 46.5mm). The two issues that complicate things are the electronics (although I believe the Sigma lenses do some in-lens protocol and then translate to the camera system, similar to what Conurus does translating the N mount protocol to EF. The (most complicated item by far) is the control method for the aperture blades, since Canon and 4/3 requires a motor in lens for the aperture, and Nikon and Minolta/Sony use a lever, and Pentax I can't remember.

I think it would be cheaper to buy the Nikon version of the lens.....you can get a Nikon F to Canon Adapter.....but you will loose AF control....and maybe Aperture control as well...
