Excellent, looks easy but I bet it isn`t. Travis, you`re gonna have to stop posting these great shots because now I want to do it along with all the other things I have to do. So much to do, so little time........
It's pretty straight forward. The book really does an excellent job outlining the setups for both bright / dark field lighting.
The liquid could be a little brighter, but other than that...
Yep, that is next! I am going to do another shot like this using a martini glass, and some nice colorful contents.. I will play with a snooted second light for that one! I did some testing on that last night, and it came out well.. now I just need to put it all together!

You may consider to dilute the liquid for a lighter tone.

Ah, that would have worked well last night when I was trying to light up O.J. in a glass! It was so heavy that it was hard to get it to look good and "light".
Yep, very excited for my Martini session! I am going to ad a second light for that one right above with a snoot.. FYI - I also had some great results when I was testing.. by covering the end of the snoot with some aluminum foil and then poking a SMALL hole about the size of a pen in the center... This further restricted the light flow from the flash, and gave me a very small output. Aimed in the center of the liquid from above I was able to get pretty even results without any other reflections of any kind. I did have to move the power output to around full power though.. But, thats okay
