p.1 #1 · What is this worth?

I have 3 Vivitar 285's with Quantum cables and filter kits plus vivitar to PC short cables. I am thinking of selling them and all my Vivitar stuff. I need to know what a fair price for the flash and cable is? I am thinking of finding the new price of each and go 50% each piece and total it up and that be what I sell them for and I have other accessories for them also plus the Quantum QB1(+) batteries. I plan on selling my Vivitar kit but need a good price for the flash with cables so I can build from that.

are the vivtars the HV model? If not they will go for a little less than half the price of the current new model price.

Watch similar items on ebay for few days and you will get a sense of the prices those items go for.

New 285HVs go for about $90.00, sometimes less.

QB1+ is about $200.00 new.

Here is what is then kit. I did some research and checked the new prices at the following stores in this order until I found the item most ar B&H prices some of eBay since that is where the new items were bought abd one the softbox was found on Amazon a few years back. I then rounded them up to the nearest Half or whole dollar and then cut that in half and that I want for the items then $11 for shipping in one of those flat rate boxes the the standard 3% Paypal free and then I rounded down to the nearest half dollar ( drop the $.03) for a total sale price. It is a great price for what is included. I have one person interested I sent him the list here and I am waiting for a reply. But if he doesn't take it I will list it on th eB&S board here if someone doesn't jump on it before hand.

I doubt you will find someone to buy everything in one kit. You might need to sell everything individually.
