I don't want update to 135L since it is best anyway. I also don't care about 200-400 since I saw this huge Nikon zoom lens and I would better stay with my great 300 F2.8L IS.

I predict that all of the bodies announced will have bigger DIRECT PRINT buttons and possibly 2, instead of just the 1 that has been normal in the past.
yup, you nailed it.
two direct print buttons now, dual-printing ports too. Forget dual-card slots, dual-print ports is where it is at! Fire up those printers!
While I'm not sure on the placement of the button(s), I'm sure that if you start another thread on here that offers suggestions to Canon, they will surely read it and your ideas will be discussed and implemented by the company.
Thats funny. All this place needs is another Canon suggestion thread.
The excitement and keen anticipation of new gear announcements is kinda astonishing in light of a huge number of already existing lens and camera models, both used and new, even those out of production, which the EOS system offers.

I predict that even if Canon releases the three best cameras ever created, along with 2-4 lens updates that everyone wants (135 f/2L IS, 24-70 f/2.8L IS and a 200-400 f/4L IS for instance), there will still be complaining.
I promise I won't say one negative thing if they release a 200-400 f4 and it's priced at or less than the Nikon... and it's available before the end of the year. It would be the new kit lens for the 1D IV for those lucky PJ's going to the Olympics in Feb.

Probably 60D = 50D + Video. Snoozers. Same lame AF. Same noisy 15Mp overkill sensor.
Same lame AF? I have a 40D for about 2 years and its AF is - in consumer standards - simply superb. You may want to take your 50D to Canon's lab to have it fixed.

Sooo tired of waiting for Canon to come out with an answer to the D700 (and no, the 5D-MkII was SO not the answer).
But why are you waiting? Why don't you switch? After all, cameras and lenses are just tools and one should use the ones which best matches his/her stile.

I frequently shoot a 20D and 40D, hanging from my neck together...ISO and mirror slap are the only significant differences.
I guess the larger buffer, 6.5fps, better viewfinder, much better focus in low light, improved out of camera JPEGs, ISO in the viewfinder, highlight tone priority, etc are just minor upgrades.
