Found this browsing another site, thought I'd share in case some haven't seen it.
Print Your Own Lens Hood!
They also have a section of hoods that are specially made for 1.5 and 1.6x crops DSLRs. I'm about to do my own right now!
I decided to make one for my Nikkor 50mm f/1.8D (even though it really doesn't flare much).
I printed the design onto yellow card stock. Cut the design out with an X-Acto knife.
Constructed!
I decided yellow looked tacky and probably wouldn't do the best for reducing stray light, so I covered it in black duct tape.
