I had a minor lens repair done by Mack under an extended warranty. The work was fine, but it took three weeks (they said it would be 10 days after receipt).
I'm looking for feedback from users who have had dealings with repairs under "Mack Warranty"
Where in the text
"we became one of the first authorized warranty repair services for major manufacturers like Sony, JVC, and Canon, a service we continually satisfy to this day."
Do you not get the answer to your question

Thanks for your reply and answering my question. I registered the Mack warranty online.
But hope I never have to use it.

It's good to see Desiree joining the forum - you didn't say what problems you've had with Mack, but if Desiree can't help, you could call Barry from Mack Camera and explain the problem - 800-252-MACK
Sincerely
Helen Oster

Totally disagree better having it than nothing at all. A friend of mine sent his camera in for repairs and it came back repaired and working great. The one issu I see is the long wait to get it repaired.
Also have you ever had any experience with Mack to make a statement like this?
The 12 month Adorama warranty helped me make up my mind to buy a refurb body just this past week. I hate to admit it but I bought the worthless Mack warranty and now I feel like I have nothing at all
I have bought refurb lenses before and have been very happy so I am hioping I have the same luck with the body

Yes, this spring I was selling a Bigma for my friend and returned it since it was soft. He sent it in under the Mack warranty. What a sick joke. After 3-4 months of runaround they said they could not get parts?!?! Last I checked the lens is still in production. They then gave him a choice (4 months later) of two out of production Sigmas, neither being 500mm or having a rep as good as the Bigma (scary I know). They flat out refused multiple times to return his Bigma which just needed calibration.
