Fine comp. It does look very cold!!

Lovely , subtle golden light and a very pleasing composition . I particularly like the colour contrast between the earth tones and the various hues of blue , and the repeated patterns and shapes of the foregound rocks against the distant hills .

As already noted , your horizon is off about two degrees and needs correcting . The featureless sky is a bit too dominant for my liking , and you might consider cropping out the upper half after you have corrected for the tilt .

Just a personal preference for possible improvement of a fine image .

I agree - nice composition, lovely soft colors and lighting. The frost adds a very nice touch to this.

You got some really cool light in this! Very nicely done. Have you considered converting this to a B&W? I think it could work well.
