Lovely scene. Looks like a neat place for a stroll. Thanks for sharing!
Barry
A very beatiful place. The gardens were designed by Lancelot 'Capability' Brown in the 1700s. The gardens and the stately house are now owned by the 'National Trust'
It takes a good day to get round at a casual pace, taking time to stop and stare & absorb the peace of the place.
Hi Don
Very nice scene
I see you do 3D stereo view
I wish I could see them But I cant
I do 3D pics but you need the Paper glasses to view them
I just bought two point and shoot cameras and glued them together and they work great if your the right distance from the subject

I have experimented by taking a shot of a scene than moving the camera approx 3 inches. then producing them side-by-side in Photoshop & then going dizzy by slowly crossing the eyes until the images merge. The brain then sees it as a stereogramme.
I would love to get hold of one of the old stereo viewers from the late 1800s/early 1900s....
I cycled through SW England in 1976 and feeling exhausted at Warminster, I took a train to Bath. Missed Stourhead, one of the most beautiful garden in England.

What a shame you missed it. It really is a 'must see' place, with or without a camera. Do come again, you won't regret it.
