It's not so much the T/S I have a problem with, rather I find the composition and posing completely lacking. If it's a Hartblei, it has Opanda EXIF confused which seems to think it's a 35 f1.4. In which case I'd guess it is the TS Arsat 35mm / f=2.8 Tilt Shift since it's fired at 2.8.
