You did a nice job with the black and white conversions. I'm no expert, but these are some thoughts: #1 looks a tad greenish to me. I think it might look better warmed up a bit. I'd also crop in tighter from the right. #2 and #3 are cute environmental shots. #4 has a sweet expression, but the focus is too much on the lips.
