Gorgeous shot, Lazlo, my friend! Converting blue sky and clouds to B & W can be tricky but, of course, you know how to do it to perfection! If i were to pick a nit (a very tiny one) if it were my shot, I'd clone out that teeny tuft of foliage in the center at the front as it serves no purpose but to draw a little attention. Great work, as always!

Warm regards,

Endre

Lazlo - that is sooooo sharp. Wonderful sky excellent composition. The fields look a little like a snowscape (to me) and IM(uninformed) opinion detract somewhat from the shot. Having said that I'd probably be delighted if I could do it that well.

Very dynamic shot lazlo! Amazing to see all these different types of clouds in the sky! It feels very open and vast... I just want to prance in the field!

Two critiques: One, that little tree poking out on the left is a little distracting. Two, the foreground looks a little too bright and flat in terms of contrast as well as lacking detail. Is there a way you can reprocess the foreground?

Mesmerizing.
Like a strange ship runs aground on the middle of a frozen lake.

A capture of a collision of earth and sky. Well done, Lazlo.

Of course the sky is simply outstanding here, but I'm especially fond of the shadow being cast by the clouds in the distance. It's a small part of the shot, but plays a big role in my view.
Really nice!

Well seen and captured. The use if IR for the capture works beautifully. I like the low profile of the house in the shot.

Very beautiful indeed. Do you use a special IR camera for this effect?

Lazlo I love that sky so much it makes me wonder if I can sandwich a normal B&W with one of IR (R-72 added) to get the effect into the sky. Really a cool shot all round. Take care. Bob

Bob, I do not know but I doubt that it would work. Try it, I am curious about it.
The other filter you might want to try is a polarizer

Lazlo,

Who do you recommend for IR camera conversion?

Thanks,
