You may think that the upper windows in the above image show massive CA bit it is not. That is the design of the windows that show blue and red/magenta edges.
I apologize for the first of the two images above. It is very soft most likely because I am fooling around with these jpegs to get them to fit with the resolution limits. These jpegs were saved with a compression of 8.
I would appreciate any advice you can give me concerning the showing of images using FM uploading service.

That last image is again absolutely marvellous!
I use "Save for web" in photoshop, where I can preview the result and the file size. If I can't get below the 350K limit without compression artifacts, I try a smaller size. If that makes the detail I want to show too small, I go back and crop.
It would be great if review threads could be started in the reviews section for the new TS-E's - judging by the responses here, there will be a lot of interest in these lenses.
I cannot comment since most of my tests so far have involved shifts where I stop down to f8 or f11 to get maximum detail in the corners but it's a good question and I will do some tests and let you know.
Am I missing something? Looks a bit smeary towards the edges? No better than the 14 f/2.8L II I purchased and that is lambasted compared to the Nikon 14-24
On the other hand lenses like the 35L are truly sharp at those apertures
