What is the flower that they seem to like? I am always looking for more species to plant in the surrounding landscapes for the hummers. Thank you.

Hide, thanks for the explanation of your setup.

I see you are shooting with a Nikon setup so are you using 5 Nikon speed lights? If so, are you using them in manual mode or in ETTL mode? I am a Canon shooter so I am not sure of the Nikon terminology equivalent or how you use the Nikon flash system. To be honest, the Canon ETTL flash system is the pits so if I ever did something like this, I would most likely use studio strobes. But then I am limited to the camera's flash sync speed of 1/200 sec - not quite fast enough for freezing these birds in flight.

Just curious.

Use ‘High Speed synch’ button in your canon speedlight (flash gun) when you need a shutter speed higher than your camera's max flash synch speed.

These are wonderful Hide! incredibly sharp and pleasing warm bg
I would run a selective NR on the bg only and leave the bird as it is but that's just personal preference - I hate noise
Great info shared on the flash setup! too bad you're a Nikon guy I would have loved ya' even more
Needless to say Canon's flashes have gone beyond e-TTL now...they mind controlled
