Sam... first off I have to commend you for always putting your shots up for others to play with. I know that I personally wouldn't be brave enough to do so. This was..

I got the same problem as Loulou.. My CS3 won't open the file
I've got two guesses for you guys...
1. I know that Sam has a 5DmkII (I'm guessing he used it here) perhaps you haven't updated your software to enable the opening of files created by this new camera?? maybe
2. I can't remember if CS3 allows for raw files to be opened. I know you can't in CS2.. but I know you can in CS4. I just don't know if they added that for CS3 or CS4... you might have to use some other Raw editor... try downloading the LightRoom 2.0 trial... its good stuff.
All of these look great. I'll put in my thoughts on indiviual shots here in a few hours. I love em.
Yes! these were shot with a 5D2 and Adobe decided NOT to update CS3 or lower to work with these file. (they really suck for that) Do this, import into LR or Aperture and then export it out as a PSD or Jpeg. It should work fine from there. Thank you FM fam.
I just downloaded the Raw converter for CS3 and the DNG converter.. All documentation claims it the 5D 2 is a supported format. But guess what? It doesn't work.. Can't open it in CS3 or convert to dng file.
Adobe pisses me off sometimes..
Sam.. Aperture won't open it either. Nor will my old version of lightroom or Digital Photo Professional.
I guess I need to download the Lightroom 2.0 trial.
By then I won't want to play with the image anymore..
Preface: I shoot Nikon so I opened Sam's file in LR2, converted to .tiff, edit in CS3.
To test this for you and others I downloaded dng converter version 5.3 and installed it. I ran the dng program chose the folder (not the image) containing the image. No problem, converted to dng then opened it in CS3 ACR window, no problems. I am using the last ACR update for CS3. Hope this helps.

Honestly, this picture creeps me out so much, I can't bring myself to work on it. Good job - since I believe that's what you all were going for? She looks like a broken porcelain doll.

Zeder for the freaking WINNNNN.
Holp Crap this is freaking sweet. I am real big fan of digital art and blending the line between photography and photoshopped art. I have a big book of digital art that was created in photoshop, rhino, poser, corel draw, etc. by various artists. Zeder didn't quite take it that far, but it is still awesome. Ya editing like that may have no real place amongst the shots we take for weddings and e-seshs but still awesome none the less.
Class in session Zeder!

or this...since it is in a grave yard (version 2) I dodged her a bit to bring a bit more light into her face, arms and legs...and returned a bit of colour to her dress and the grass...makes it look like it's nearly after-dark.
