I have a confession

This picture isn't as it appears.

My springer Toby couldn't catch a cold. The young hare was already dead when Toby decided he would pick it up and run towards me

I fired a view shots of and got lucky with the pose.

I'm relieved by the confession.
Picturing a hunt.
I used to own Field Spaniels. Rare breed in US but apparently popular in England. Though bred for field work and as gun dogs, ours were pure family pets (except for a bit of show competition for awhile.
