Sometimes I find it so amusing looking at the descriptions of all the big guns and mystifying numbers used to get these great shots I see here that it made me want to post at least one from my lowly Brownie with the film cover ducked taped on.
I say you're lowly Olympus (as you say) can play with the best of the big guns. This is a great image, excellent eye contact and bokeh to die for. (I see some noise in the image though).
Hey Jim, one thing for sure, you better get it right the first time with film and you did! Nothing wrong with film, just the long eager wait to get the results Nice feel in this image, I like it

A great photo is a great photo, makes no difference on equipment, more fun to get them with talent
