Just called them - they will ship within Arizona but they do not do mail order outside of the state.
I didn't realize they were hard to come by. Samy's in Santa Barbara had 30 in stock when I picked up my 5dII. I don't know if that means Samy's online store should have some, but who knows.

Called them today and unfortunately despite my attempts to convince them to ship to Canada. Even going so far as calling FedEx (whom I don't like using) and finding out that I can fill out all the paperwork here and Email / Fax it to Foto Forum... all they would have to do is tape the papers to the box and wait for the Fedex guy to show up and hand over the package.. (I have done this once before with a Drum Kit)..... so really nothing to do but pack and tell me it is ready then tape papers on to the box and perhaps sign a Fedex form...
anywho long and short of it is the Owner (Staff is willing Owner is not) is not willing to even consider (see reason) and ship to Canada for some reason...
I tried to even say Look the Fedex guy is my Proxy technically... it would be like if I was going down there and buying it... or if I send a friend of mine to buy it.... I am sending an agent of myself
But I guess not.... I don't know why but I guess I am not meant to...
