I know you didn't ask for C&C on the photos themselves, but they looked over-sharpened to me. I don't think it makes a huge difference that you've got a lot of American cyclists from the TdG shots, but they're all similar looking photos so it probably doesn't make a difference if you weed a couple of them out, particularly with the busier backgrounds.

it's not necessarily over-sharpening, but jpeg compression. Try saving them at a higher quality setting.
Yes, I have saved them pretty with a lot of compression. I may rework them, take out some of the TDG cyclists and put in more varied shots.

No problem. Well taken. I enjoyed their expressions. They are looking around the corner hoping for the top of the hill.
Nice shots. Some of my favorite riders- leave them in! That ToC shot from Sierra road takes me back... when I was a junior I used to train up that hill all the time, the hard way up, and never see a single cyclist. Then everyone found out about it....

CHP had the road closed real early that morning and I walked most of the way up that climb. I would not relish the idea of riding it. I am a hill weeny real bad, especially being a rider who preferred track racing.
