Nice elements and colors (blue and red and white are nice together). I don't like that it is soft and the composition is a bit square with the horizon near centre . I think that shifting right (between the shed and the building) with less sky and more water would make this dramatic.

Unfortunately, immediate to the left, out of frame are ugly power lines, I'll try and get on with more water and see how it looks.
