I love book stores myself. This one is full of books written in Chinese, something I'd no chance of understanding.
Believe it or not, while I was taking this picture, people started gathering around to see what I was looking at. Within 3-4 minutes, 20-30 people were standing beind me trying to figure out what I was doing. Then, I heard this BIG bang when someone driving a new red Land Rover crashed into the back of another car; 100+ gathering to watch within a minute....

Nice composition and such a cool place. Loved your story about the people watching you, except for the crash. People are strange.
Thanks! There are not many non-Chinese here, so where ever I go people gawk and actually are amazed when I saying "Hello" or "Ni Hao". The Chinese are very friendly and hospitable. They seem to have a lot of pride and respect for their customs; but, also desperate to learn foreigner "Loh Wey" ways. Qingdao (home of the famous TsingTao Beer) is a beautiful place to visit if you ever get the chance.
Looking forward to leaving for Beijing in a coupe of hours.
