Sorry I havn't posted much on this forum but from a recent trip to see the folks in Cali we managed to spend about an hour in Chinatown. The crowds of people were unreal.
Chinatown is absolute insanity! (and the sights can be very interesting-- i.e. whole chickens (with heads) hanging in the store windows) I remember being on a bus @ 6:30 on a Saturday morning and couldn't find a seat...filled with hoards of people going to market
