What an exciting game to be a part of. The level of excitement and insanity was twice of what you heard on the TV. I watched the game on TV yesterday and it didn't even seem near as loud as it was on the field. I almost want to say it was crazier and louder than the TX/OU game. Especially when the Ole Miss side would do their chants after a big play, it was extremely loud!!!
Anyway here are some shots from the game. I had my Guns Up but Ole Miss capitalized on some mistakes and really played well. Enjoy.
25 images? Sorry, I gave up looking after the LOS image (image # ??).
Saw lots of cropped off toes. I wonder why the LOS image appears to have been taken standing up? IMO, that shot is almost always better when shot from a low--very low--angle. Also am not a fan of what appears to be a standard 4x6 crop or the watermark. IMO, there isn't really one standard crop that works for every image.
Nice shots Albert. Scott is right about the cut off toes. We all do it, that's when you do some heavy cropping to fix. One of my favorite jube shots from the Cotton Bowl has one toe cut off and it bugs me to death. But you sometimes take what you can get and try to make it better in the crops.
On a side note, I had a jube picked up by SI from a TCU game and it included all toes and fingers when I sent it in. When SI published it they cut off feet and toes http://www.grapevinephoto.com/published/content/bin/images/large/TCU1.jpg
I really like the first one of Harrell with the OOF Cotton Bowl logo in the background. As a fan of the game, it really speaks to me. I think that there are better images in the group (the McCluster shot is awesome) but there's something "in the moment" about the one with the cotton bowl logo that I just love.
Thanx for the comments and help. Scott it wasn't an option to shoot the TOS from a low angle. That side was packed and someone was already down there in front of me.
Radvas thank you. I got a few like that with the logos in the back of him from different angles. Glad you liked the McCluster shot, I like that one as well. Thanx everyone.

It was tough getting a good spot for this game. That light was pretty bad for the first 3 quarters, you did an outstanding job with your exposure.
As far as the watermark, it really doesn't bother me. I've had a few images stolen over the years from my website and one here once and used on another forum.
Love the colors and exposures. Crops don't bother me. I would think that your publisher would crop them to their needs. You've got some great faces but am not a fan of the sack shot due to the lack of a face. I would have loved to see either one of their faces at this moment and seeing both would be really a cool contrast.
