Would someone be willing to give me a shutter count on a 1D2 if I emailed a jpeg?

Thanks

You can also download ExifGui and Exiftool freeware and get all the information you ever wanted from your exif data. It's a great little program.

You could just google "cancount" and download the program yourself. That's what I did, it was easy.

You can view the shutter count yourself if you have Photoshop. Click on File -> File Info -> Advanced Tab -> Now a list comes up, click on the one that ends with exif\1.0\aux. This will give you the shutter count in the aux:Image number line.

Thanks,

Jim,

There is a mac version. On windows it is a command line program with out the GUI interface. I am not sure how the mac version works but I use it all the time in windows. More info here:

There will be a line for shutter count, Just look carefully and you will find it. If you are using the GUI interface check all the available tabs.
