All photos taken from a moving pontoon boat on the Kissimmee River, in the boonies
Side note: I seen Ant squealing like a pig behind a tree at one bend in the river (I have photos and will spare your bleeding eyes from seeing them) , Mr. Zoom was standing next to him holding a gun, I also seen Kirk playing a banjo you figure it out
Thanks for looking
edit to remove "underexposed" "too light chest" "too sharp" and "no tail" images
Love the first (CW rotation maybe?) and the 'environmental' photo. A Hawk I've yet to capture myself...I hope my first encounter comes out half as good.

And the first shot is of a mating pair
BTW, again, all very nice, but I love the first one ~ Ron
My favorite little raptor Chad and they look great. The breasts on all look a bit light so I was wondering if the color is off or is the bird a bit differen in color than up here in North East. BTW Who had the bow and arrow

Hey Chad, thanks for the DELIVERANCE of these images (the Hawk images, that is) as they are outstanding. Your images on a moving boat are sharper than mine on a fixed tripod. #2 (capturing the RSH with the snake in his talons) is simply amazing.
You're killing me man... give me a minute... still laughing...
Okay, I'm ready
Awesome pics... snake snack is too cool.
#3 is beautifully exposed with tack sharp detail as always.
#1 is my favorite... great light, super detail, and perfectly exposed... love it.
These are pretty nice perched shotz... let me know if you want some IF's, I'll bring my Nikon gear and grab some for you.
Great series Chad, really good stuff.

Going out on a limb here Chad ..........my work monitor does not favor this type of light but I give it a spin..............First shot looks like good interactive habit, neat pose and contrasty hard to work with light IMO and borderline oversharp?? Would love to see you pull some more eye detail but it could be this monitor The second shot has got tough shadow to pull detail but the attitude of that snake is impressive, fighting for his life! I absolutely love the setting of #3 but chest looks lacking of some color and detail maybe needs a little sat maybe needs a tail ? Nice environment and the comp in the last
Nits today by witt........whata expect
