I'm actually with "secondflaw"... the bokeh is a bit too heavy in the foreground for my taste... and I love me some bokeh!
I also find the unbuttoned bottom buttons problematic. Especially since your mind instinctively goes to thinking that's his bare tummy showing (even though I know it's not).
The location looks awesome! I can't wait to see the rest of the series!

I agree with Mel aside form the railing. I like it and look for these as often as possible. Maybe would have shot it at F5.6 or something but still good.

Sorry but it looks like someone took a blur brush and just rubbed it all over that railing and whatever is underneath it. The rest of the shot is fine.
